Trib is meant to naturally boost testosterone levels and has been around for thousands of years. I train intensively in the gym and I did not see any particular gains from it at all. After having my test levels checked there was no increase.

Best stick to good food, a protein supplement, and for strength and muscular gains take creatine. Monohydrate is probably the most popular, which is what I use. The results are good and more importantly, post training recovery is much quicker.

5mg 30 minutes before training
5mg immediately after

good luck with your fight
