Tribulus best answer plz?
June 6th, 2010 | by admin |HI im 13 and I am really keen to take the plant by itself ‘tribulus’ i cant see how it could hurt beacuse I could just go ti the places where it grows and eat the leaves, so who ever can tell me if I can take it you will get best answer 2night.!!!!!!!!

Just because it grows in nature doesn’t mean it’s safe to pick the leaves and eat it… would you eat Poison Ivy?
That being said, Tribulus is generally recommended only for those 18 and older. At 13 years old, your hormones are in a major state of flux and can easily be tipped off of any balance they may have achieved… Tribulus affects the hormones, so it would be one of the worst things for you to take. Think of it this way, if your hormones are thrown off by anything at that age, you might get a huge increase of acne, you might get facial hair sooner OR later, you might take longer to grow, and several other things that might happen sooner or later than they are supposed to when you mess with your hormone levels while they are developing. I would highly recommend against experimenting with anything like this without a doctor’s supervision. Good luck and I hope I helped!
