Aber ich bin immer noch der Kapitän ist nicht so sehr wichtig für mich, wenn ich keine Masse oder Volumen von Fett, natürlich nicht, wie hätte nur meine Haut verschlechtert angemessen.

This is bullshit you have not yet 100 kg of muscle in 16 years?? !
So you can have more muscle but only traced with a lower body weight.
But you are a beginner and not so long necvičíte know what you expect after a few years so do not pull too much if you do not have body weight over 80kg.
I reinforces over 16 years so I have 6 years experience behind them and experience too.
