how much tribulus terrestris?
May 30th, 2010 | by admin |How much tribulus terrestris is the recommended dose and what brand makes the best one. I’ve seen some that offer 750mg. i’m looking to increase testosterone via increasing luteinizing hormone.

I would keep it at UNDER 2000mg a day… total
take 1-3 pills a day
500-650mg at breakfast, lunch, dinner
anything 700mg+ just take 2 a day (one at lunch…one at dinner)

Take about 1000mg daily, but have a month without taking T every 3 months or so, to keep it working best
