tribulus will not cause enough effects to cause you to have acne.. the acne is problably hormonal and puberty related.. ur 16…the 25lbs gain in 3 months is probly not 100 percent lean muscle gain… and not from tribulus…

trust me.. ive taken it all..within the legalities..prohorms, oxo-6, andro, creatine, nitricoxide, tribulus, zma, and everything… and i will honestly say that all of this TESTOSERONE BOOSTERS and crap is BULL..much more gains will be seen if you take a good pure creatine with a simple sugars right after your workout, and use a good proteins shake.. arginine and glutamine supps are great also.. everything else ..garbage
