			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>By understanding a little more about the muscles you are using, you will start to recognize just how your bodybuilding exercises make the difference.<br />
The smart thing abou this is that you will understand better how to leverage your exercises to make much better use of them<br />
So, as you can guess from this, it&#8217;s not just about knowing the complicated and often almost unpronouncable Latin names of the muscles.<br />
&#8220;Latin is a language, that&#8217;s dead as dead can be &#8211; it killed the ancient Romans, and now it&#8217;s killing me&#8221; &#8211; inscription inside my latin dictionary, circa 1967!<br />
It&#8217;s also about their primary functions, how they operate in the different sequences of activity and perhaps just as important where bodybuilding exercises are concerned, their counter uses as well.  Their secondary uses that are so vital in how our bodies work.<br />
What are counter uses? (I feel sure that there is a technical name for these, but this will serve the purpose).  Well, often a muscle, or muscle group, will be used to manage and balance the use of another, enabling complete control of movement.<br />
By understanding this fully, you will appreciate much better how you can utilize this capacity of many, if not the majority of muscles, to be tested during the bodybuilding exercises you plan to use.<br />
Of course, the main goal in each set of exercises you do is to challenge each major muscles primary function and what will need to be done to give them the additional strength, tone and growth that will be your primary goal.<br />
The bodybuilding exercises that you pitch for each series of repetitions in each muscle area, will have the focus of improving their performance.  If the outcome were less than that you might wonder why it was worth the bother in the first place.<br />
Absolutely right.  And that remains the goal.  By using your bodybuilding exercise to also focus, through understanding all the muscles in the group and their function, even as you exercise you will feel each muscle tested.<br />
This will significantly add to your motivation, through that understanding, to deliver the bodybuilding exercise as well as possible, safe in the knowledge that you are doing yourself more good than you thought, especially when you expected just one major target muscle to be your goal.<br />
How to find out more? Well, good bodybuilding books will enable you to recognize the major muscles groups.  If you want to delve even further, checkout Wikipedia (where else!), with some well chosen keywords such as bodybuilding exercises, muscles etc.<br />
Understand what bodybuilding exercises will give it strength and makes all the muscles in that group are worked for an even distribution of strength.<br />
Working one arm more than the other could make the appearance seem lopsided.  <br/><br/><!-- pingbacker_start --><br />

Two people that work at GNC suggested this for the next time that I hade muscle cramps or spasm for working out hard. Its not the easiest thing to get down. Usually dont have many cramps or spasm but today was a serious hardcore workout. I was having muscles spasm like every 5 to 7 minutes. Had to do sumthing to get that under control. The Vinegar has seemed to work short term for me. immediate relieve that seems to have the spasm coming back after an hour or so.<!-- pingbacker_start --><br />

There are three main muscles you want to focus on with your legs; your quadriceps, hamstrings and calves.  By working out these muscles, you will build strong and durable legs. Luckily, many leg exercises will workout each of the three muscles.  Squats are great for building strong and powerful legs.  It involves you placing weight on a barbell and squatting down with the weight rested on your neck.  It is important you perform this with good technique.  Other exercises for your quadriceps include leg press, leg extensions, dumbbell lunges and dumbbell squats. Moving along to your hamstrings, there are three great body building workouts you can do.  The first is lying leg curls in which you lye face down on a leg curl machine and lift up.  The other two exercises are stiff legged dead lifts and dumbbell stiff legged dead lifts. The last of the muscles to include with your body building workout is your calves.  There are several exercises you can do to build up your calves giving you muscle for leaping abilities.  The most common exercises include standing calf raises, seated calf raises, leg press calf extensions, and standing one legged calf raises.  All calf raises consist of you simply standing on your toes and raising yourself using your calf muscles. Putting together a quality body building workout for your legs is essential.  You want to have strong, powerful legs to support your upper-body.   Unfortunately, far too many bodybuilders focus solely on their upper-body.   Take these exercises and apply them to your workout regimen to build strong legs.  You can work your quadriceps into your bicep, tricep and shoulder workout day and place your calves and hamstrings with your back and chest workout day. For some odd reason this always bothers me.  People go to the gym for a mere week and expect to be ripped like Van Dam.  That&#8217;s just nonsense.  However, with the right weight training program and the correct body building diets, you can see a great difference in a couple of months.  You see, it&#8217;s all about how hard you train and how well you eat.  If you are one of those folks who consume fast food twice a day, you&#8217;d better get ready to make some drastic changes.  This will sadly get you nowhere.  In order to get stacked you&#8217;ll need to start one of the many recommended body building diets.  I&#8217;m talking about a lot of protein, vitamins and minerals, but hardly any fat, sugar, and salt.  Remember, you truly are what you eat.  Just take a gander at the American population.  <br/><br/>Are you currently searching for decent body building diets? These are easy to come by in this super age of technology and cyberspace.
