so hard to work out at the gym without some a**hole trying to preach about “proper form” and “injury”. bet skip won’t have that prob. ^-^

We’re talking maximum poundage here, over the fullest range of motion over the least amount of sets. As long as the weight is controlled and reaches a full peach with a controlled negative you are good to go. Remember Anorld used “cheat curls” as well. One of the best ways to hit the biceps with maximum poundage and intesity. Try a similar arm work out, I guarentee in 25 minutes your arms will feel like they are about to explode

super strict form will definately limit ou strength and muscle gain wise. If you are super strict you wont even be ablt to get the weight moving once you reach a certain strength. There is happy middle ground between form and execution. Most pro bodybuilders have what mst people would consider somewhat sloppy form. In reality you’ll stimulate more muscle growth by putting them under heavier stress. I lift lke this now and have had way better gains. don’t listen to your hih school coaches!

Agree, whatever brings you results, stick with it. Everybody does not respond the same on a certain stimulus.

as long as the muscles grow eh? I’ve found correct form makes me grow faster but not everyone’s mechanics are the same

Natural competions do lie detector tests as well to test if they person has EVER used.

The hitting on his chest is an anchoring. He first connects a successful training unit(set) with a winning action(hitting his chest). Reverse: He hits his chest before a set(training unit) so that he has more possibility that the set will be successful. Works in every aspect of life, not only training.

the form is biomechanically correct.Strict form means nothing if it limits strength efficiency.
