@mixxx99 you can try it but i dont think it is as good or any where near the value of the one you got. these companies try to re invent the wheel to make you spend more money when it is not necessary, it think kre alkalyn is a lot of marketing and hype

Ive ordered the millenium 500 from your website before, had great results and it lasted forever…will be ordering more soon..but what do you think about kre-alkalyn? (buffered creatine mono)
By rickmartis1 on Aug 5, 2010 | Reply
@elwino619 it is a back up energy source for ATP and is a lactic acid buffer which means you can work your muscles longer and harder without fatigue so this gives you more strength which in turn gives you more muscle and size, not really used as a fat burner but as you put on more muscle if you are eating right you usually lose fat as well

so creatine helps me build muscle and lose fat at the same time or what?

@excitmentt try our Millennium 500 grams for $24.95 it is the best you can buy and lasts about 2 months for $24.95…5 grams twice a day on workout day and 5 grams once a day on a non training day is good thanks

thanks for your good videos and people that post on comments! if you dont mind i have a few questions! im about 145 and gained 5 pounds in 2 months from training and drinking my shakes(protein). So im not gaining enough so i decided to go on creatine mono by Allmax. As you said take one to two teaspoons a day does it matter if im this small or should i just take that much and workouts eat my meals and cycle off on a sooner date or ?

@dmoses16 mono is better , ester absorbs moisture and gets chunky quickly,,,no advanatge to the esters it is marketing hype to get people to pay more for re ineventing the wheel. there is no money in mono anymore since you can buy it for cheap, so they hype up this new version so they can bring back the money to creatine,,,dont waste your money

whats going on buddy, in your opinion whats a better type of creatine ester or mono?

@rickmartis1 and also where can i find the creatine 500 near me? Im not trying to order anything online since im 15 and dont have a credit card
By rickmartis1 on Aug 5, 2010 | Reply
@iAaronEFG of course but a 2 hour workout may not be productive,,,30 minutes of high intensity and no resting is better than 2 hours of a set every 4 minutes…so the point is get in , work hard and fast and get out
By iAaronEFG on Aug 5, 2010 | Reply
does a 2 hour workout at a gym count as a workout day?
