Gaging on a home remedy for Muscles spasm/craps. LOL

Two people that work at GNC suggested this for the next time that I hade muscle cramps or spasm for working out hard. Its not the easiest thing to get down. Usually dont have many cramps or spasm but today was a serious hardcore workout. I was having muscles spasm like every 5 to 7 minutes. Had to do sumthing to get that under control. The Vinegar has seemed to work short term for me. immediate relieve that seems to have the spasm coming back after an hour or so.

    yes i thing i have i go tho gym 4 time per week 1 mounth ago and 1 weak i cut junk food like fast food ..eat 6 times per day .eat chiken.rice,yougurts,fruits, and i gainet 5 kg and i dont take any suplemets now i want tho start takin ..can you tell me if i take creatine + whey our only whey can i have good rezults?

    Hey, would white vinegar alone help with my neck spasm/cramp? I just got a spasm in my kneck and it’s all tight and I can’t turn my head. So would white vinegar help this? Or does it have to be with the apple cider?

    this was an awesome vid… shows the length we go… I remember I was hungry one night and I just couldnt eat another salad… I was on the no carb phase… and all I had was salad…. so I made a salad and put it in the blender with ice cubes… and made a spinach salad shake…. two nights before my show it was the worst but it went down quickly… lol
