O.o is she dumb? cos this what she said was… quite off… low fat dairy products? err… fat in those dairy products actually helps… and also calcium will not only be sufficient… you will also need vitamin D in order to actually do something with the calcium… im no expert but this is off…-.-

Yes, when you break a bone- It will grow back much stronger.
Because, you are on these bones everyday doing hard tasks after a while your bones become weak.. When you break a bone that bone is reproduced and has much more calcium than it did before, therefore making the bone stronger, thicker, and less likely to break again.
