@matthew1985100 protein is what makes your body grow, like the fast foods and all kinds of stuff have lots of protein and calories in it, creatine helps you be more productive in your workouts which will make your muscles grow, creatine basically takes water out of your system then puts them into your muscles

@rainxxxx Creatine phosphate is what it is turned into by the body, Creatine monohydrate is the best to take most effective and highly researched

@rainxxxx Iv not heard this before, and I highly doubt that its true. Also you cant KILL something that isnt alive in the first place lol,

i was told that creatine turns to creatinine if you mix it with caffine, as caffine is supposed to kill creatine, could you clear this one up please as this has been bugging me for years!

@epceli38 nothing would happen, there has been research into creatine that has lessened the damage caused to the brain from strokes by something like 50%, and strengthened heart muscles and enhanced brain function. As far as skeletal muscle is concernedtaking creatine and not working out wouldnt have hardly (if any) effect on size

  25. By epceli38 on Jul 25, 2010 | Reply

what would happen if u stop working out and taking that?

@0hYaar look for anything that just says creatine monohydrate, nothing like crea-pump or creextreme or anything like that, just creatine monohydrate, try discount supplements or myprotein
just look for creatine monohydrate in the ingredients and nothing else
