Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid that is found primarily in your muscles. Most bodies cannot produce glutamine in sufficient quantities, and additional sources are needed. Choose L-glutamine over D-glutamine, as it more closely resembles the substance in its natural form. While studies are still out concerning other uses for glutamine, many benefits are already proven and widely accepted.

which is best glutamine or creatine?. Can you explain the benefits of each supplement ?
I am currently on a high protein diet. I am just wondering which of these supplements are better to lose more weigh as part of a healthy diet.

Glutamine doesn’t do much in my opinion. It’s just an amino acid. It aids in the repair of muscle tissue, but you can just eat more food instead of taking glutamine. Creatine is better, because it gives you energy for your workout. If you take creatine, just make sure you are drinking lots of water.

Neither is worth the money. If you are on a high protein diet eating healthy fats and exercise will aid you more in weight loss than either one of these supplements.
