@superpolishpower Close your mouth because it stinks of shit. Oats are a complex carb’, and the whey is perfect. Some of the best bodybuilders in the world use this combo’ for their morning shake. I’m no professional, but a friend of mine helped me with my diet who is 17 stone of muscle and my first meal was very similar to this one. Complex carbs’ will not make you fat.

@fuzzz1 There isn’t really much difference. I use MyProtein Impact Whey at the moment, it’s a good price.

do you find that protein better than myprotein’s options?

Haha, all for the purpose of entertainment!

It’s not weight gainer my friend, it’s actually a tub of ultra fine oats that are easy to mix in to my shake!

Hey thanks for your concern dude :)

My diet is based on whole foods. I don’t know where you get the idea it isn’t.
Shitty sups? Think your posting on the wrong video here mate. Only sups I have included are multi vit, whey protein, Arginine and Glutamine.

Funny you should say most bodybuilders eat egg whites, because the meal I had after this was actually 16 egg whites along with a complex carb ;)

    Cheers

Do you consider yourself a bodybuilder or a hack.. That diet is totally a hack one. Most bodybuilders eat either egg whites or whole eggs along with complex carbs. All the juice and shitty supps will make you fat. The only thing good that you have is the whey protein.. I can definately tell you don’t know what your doing… Your diet is based upon supps and not whole food.. Better educate yourself bud.

Haha, nothing wrong with sugar in the morning buddy!

I have not had that juice in a while. I usually have apple and elderflower juice, superb!

    ….

The arginine is taken to improve the amount of exygen in my blood during the day and I also take a serving just before the gym usually just over a teaspoon, not sure what weight that is ~ 5-10 grams.

The whey protein – 50 grams to feed your MUSCLES!!

And the oats to fuel your muscle – 200-250 grams in the morning.

I can’t say I really measure it out, as you can see I mostly guess the amount I am putting in.

Glutamine I use becasue it is good for the body as a whole, especially with recovery and immune system support (last thing you want to do is get ill!!).

Multi-vits just general health again. I do eat a lot of veg but just getting that little bit extra doesn’t hurt.

I take a banana and/or fruit juice for the fast acting carbs to wake my body up and get in to an anabolic state.
