@ABFilms2008 all training is good, 50’s at 16 is excellent as is good form, unlike what is demonstrated in theis video lol, but its all about shocking the body and a bit of a one off fun every now and then, check oiut some of my other biceps videos as you need to change your routine every 6-8 weeks.
@justinF0X Hi there, this is about shocking the body, try it once the burn hits you will want to speed it up to stop the pain lol, this is only to be done every now and then as a bit of fun its there to shock the body in between phases
@BFinesilver @BFinesilver @BFinesilver Cheryl Cole is a fair Cop Gov lol, thats cool, I appreciate a 1st is excellent, and it takes a huge amount of work and dedication, but so does turning an average athlete into a England International Pole vaulter, a Semi Finalist on Gladiators, Winner of Weakest Link Body Beuatiful Special, Current BWA World heavyweight Champion (Pro Wrestling) my point is I dont know the square root of a Banana but I can peel 1,
I take your point about Cheryl Cole! Honest to god I didn’t upload that crap, no idea why it’s om my profile! I don’t want to get into any arguement with you- good luck. I will say that I do know a little about what I’m talking about though (I have a 1st in Sport and Exercise science). As a shock routine, sounds great, misunderstood and thought you were sugesting this as a principle of general training.
@BFinesilver Sorry but it doesnt say to train all year round like thisa, if you listen to it, its a way of shocking the body inbetween routine changes, to stimulate growth and variety, training should always be cycled max 6-8 weeks on any one routine, but seeing as you upload Cheryl Cole and not fitness videos then I know who I would trust.

Much better to do heavy sets first, then use lighter setts for a pump at the end- more efficient for gaining strength, but you still breakdown the muscle with the high rep superset. If you train the way in the video, you won’t progress after a short while because a) you will adapt to it and b) you wont get much stronger and hence won’t be working with heavier loads. In my opinion, it might be a good technique for a 4-6 week shock micro-cycle, but not a great way to train year round- sorry
I noticed you hold your breath when your are doing each rep. I’ve always read that you are supposed to exhale while doing the rep? Does it really matter?
i did this workout today and it felt like my biceps were on FIRE,the most painfull pain i’ve felt since i got stung 5 times by a wasp in a row,but it felt good, like i knew it was working, and my mum said after it it sounded like i was having sex hahah,
thanks paul,
great videos mate
Heya mate. I have been doing a routine of Bicep Curls, Hammers and seated curls. Mainly for biceps.
I have been told not to do it everyday, cause I need to rest, otherwise the muscle will not grow.
I do it every other day. On the day of my routine my biceps hurt and feel worked. On the rest days – when I dont do routine, my biceps are fine, dont hurt and doesnt feel like I did it yesterday. Is it normal that the biceps dont hurt on rest days?
Or should I do it every day if it doesnt hurt?

No you are right, power breathing, but this is so intense that all technique goes out of the window, try it and then see lol
