Buck Angel BodyBuilding DB Upper Chest Press

September 6th, 2010 | by admin |

buckangelbodybuilding.com Buck Angel’s bodybuilding videos. This is a great exercise to build up the upper chest. Make sure you use a small weight at first to practice it is not easy. Also press the DB’s together at all times so there is tension on your chest. Quality of video is from my iphone so sorry!

So I noticed you keep the weights tight together when you push them up. Do you feel like that’s a better work out than holding them apart to the sides of your chest (as if you were holding a bar)?

@itp79 yes you can do flat but the upright slight incline really hits the upper chest which is very hard to build. Next I will show you another cool upper chest exercise.
