So when it says that you should cycle off of an N.O. product for a month like N.O. xplode that is just to adjust your tolerance for when you go back on the product and doesn’t really have any health reasons?

@cul10043601 It will mix well with grape juice the best or orange juice as well, but for whatever the reason, grape juice it the better one.

I found that for the first while taking creatine that it really didnt mix with any drink I tried. Is it even soluble lol however I did find that it mixed with my protein shake but it still could have been floating about but I just couldnt see it. I’ve found that a 100% way of not wasting the creatine is to just put a scoop straight into your mouth followed by a drink of water and mix it around a little then neck it down

You really don’t need to stop creatine. When you stop it you’ll lose the benefits that creatine offers. As for gaining water weight, creatine does pull water and nutrients into the muscle cells and that’s a good thing. Muscle is made of approx. 75% water so by keeping your muscles full and hydrated you’ll feel stronger and create a more anabolic environment for muscle growth.

I’ve heard that you need to cycle creatine and take a week off or something like that, is that true? I’ve also heard that creatine just makes you gain water weight, can you comment on that? Nice informative videos.

@leemhayward I agree. I used to think chocolate gave me acne. But then I thought… how do I really know? Turns out it was just hormones.

hey Lee is 1 Gram of protean PPOBWD required to meet your long term needs because I made good gains with half a gram of protean PPOBWD minimum. and I was just asking would it be imposable to meet my long term gains with half a gram of Protean PPOBWD.

wow thanks alot leem i used to take creatine but later stopped cause alot of people told me it just fills your muscles with water and if you stop taking it you deflate like a balloon. Watching your video has really help and i greatly appreciate the time effort you put into making all 3 parts(which by the way i did watch). One question though do you mix your creatine and protein powder togehter or have them seperate from one another. Thanks again.

@leemhayward Well I took creatine about two months ago for around a week and started getting spots, I stopped taking it and they went away. I tried again this month with a different creatine product for a week and the same happened again. May be its coinquedence, i dont know. Other people I know who have taken Creatine had no acne from it what so ever. Its just me :( lol
