It would be a great cool down. I have a complete back massager for my chair and it feels so great. It's like a massgae, and then after I take a nice long bath. It is complete relaxation. And tips for training, remember to Never work out a muscle until it is Completely recovered. You will have no gains until your muscle is rebuilt, so it is completely pointless... I would also recommend eating meals high in protein and carbs (protein for muscle gain and carbs for energy). Also try and eat fruit/vegatibles to balance it out some. Look up "superfoods" for some good options. Along with that I would Definatley recommend taking a good multivitamin, Amino acids for protein absorbtion along with Fish oil for well...basically everything lol. Good luck, and if protein dosen't do the trick look into a higher grade creatine, it did the trick for me and works amazing.
References :
i like nutrition i guess?
