    damn there are super haters responding to this vid…back then steriods weren’t really thought of as cheating…it was like smoking pot, not a big deal

    imagine if a supplement came out that really enhanced your muscles like roids now and everyone got on it, but years later ppl considered it “cheating.”

    is it REALLY arnold’s fault? No. Juiceheads today are MUCH different, insecure punks mostly

    @hank5291 yeah what do you think? He used 100 to 150mg of Dianabol per day.. his liver had to replace twice and dianabol stands for ALOT of water retention and strength but also lose it very rapidly after you stop.

    @hank5291 yes steroids did help him shape and get bigger but his size also depended on extreme training (read his book – Education of a Bodybuilder)

    95 perecent of his size is from steroids hes so small off cycle maby 210 tops i know they didnt have pct back then to retain size! theres videos of him on here off cycle and he is tiny as fuck its crazy how much steroids helped him the chest is gone with out the juice !does have the best build ever in my opion hes not bloated like todays pros !

    he is the best ever best build ever but 95 percent of his size is steroids theres videos of him off cycle on here and he doesnt look over 210 pounds with no size at all i know they didnt have pct back then to retain mass ! he once said he didnt use the steroids to get bigger but to help keep his size thats simply not true hes so small of cycle
