I have been told that testosterone citrate is fairly effective and without unpleasant side effects, but stay wthin the recomended dose levels and use intra muscularly only References :
Good question. Based on experience (tribulus supplementation) and some study of exercise physiology (See references) I conclude that Testosterone is the best. It promotes aggression, libido, skeletal muscle and bone hypertrophy, and furthermore it assists in helping to lean you out a little bit. To maximise testosterone, I reccomend supplementation, and plenty of ejaculation (Testosterone production ceases once the sperm count becomes high, due to a negative feedback mechanism involving inhibin, a hormone which is part of the brain testicular axis. ) References : Human Anatomy and Physiology 6th ed. , Marieb 2001.
