		<description>&lt;b&gt;ermm well, the ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; ermm well, the institute of optimum nuitrition does actually state that soya does contain oestrogen mimicking hormones :( although you really cant believe anything these days i would go with ION&#039;s advice just to be on the safe side. :) and ION is the best nutritional instuitute in the world  i turst it with my life XDand from what i noticed lots of vegeterian boys who consume soya protein have very high rates of gynocomastia (man boobs)
soo its best to avoid over using soy in my oppionion</description>
