    @Phi16180 Its more for recovery. More water you can soak up in your muscle faster your recovery to a point. Plus I hope you know our own body makes it and intakes them from other mammals that we eat. creatine stores water in our muscles, just make sure you drink enough water… dehydration from them sux balls.

    SIZEON! ive used both Sizeon and Cellmass and have gotten the best results from the sizeon stacked with superpump250. Its alot heavier on the wallet but if your looking for better gains and more lift strength then SIZEON is def. the way to go. (Note: not worth even taking creatine if your not taking protein as well , preferably a whey protein)

    @wak444 if you take some retarded amount its dangerous…but if you take 10 grams a day its perfectly fine…and its not garbage it made me alot stronger this year…back in november i only benched 195 and now im up to 280
